Willy Anderson, Owner & Chef
Willy is a classically trained chef with an education from the Institute of Culinary Education. She was the chef and owner of Pickle & Link, a farm to table catering company based in Brooklyn. Pickle & Link provided high end cuisine to private and corporate clients in New York City for 7 years. Willy was also the chef and co-owner of Market.Kitchen.Table, a health-based cafe in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. After a move to Dutchess County in 2019, Willy decided to redirect her focus to her new found love - Cakes! Willy approaches each cake commission as a work of art that should be as beautiful as it is delicious.
